• After Iteration-VII, if your campus has changed then you are required to leave your current campus and reach to newly allotted campus upto
09nd NOV, 2022 (9:00 AM) to take possession of the hostel. Reporting and
document verification in the newly allotted campus will be on 09-NOV-2022 at
9:30 AM. Further information would be communicated to you later.
• Before leaving your current campus you are required to inform your respective Hostel Superintendent/Warden.
• Your original document(s) submitted at your current campus will be sent to your newly allotted campus by the respective admission office of BITS Pilani.
• In case your campus has changed after iteration VII, you need not to do registration on
November 03, 2022 in the current campus. Registration of courses at your newly allotted campus will be at a later date. Information in this regard will be communicated to you in due course of time by the respective campus/division.
• The balance of hostel fee at your newly allotted campus (if any) will be collected/adjusted by the respective campus.
